Xiaomi Mi 10S 5G Details
The Xiaomi Mi 10S 5G launch is finally around the corner in India! It was recently revealed in China and as per the sources, it is expected to launch globally soon. The phone is an addition to the MI 10 smartphones lineup that brings a Snapdragon 870 SoC, 108MP quad rear camera setup, UFS 3.0 storage standard, and other important features. The brand is selling the phone in three variants - 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB with the price expected to be Rs. 37,000, Rs. 39,200 and Rs. 42,600.
Display
As for the specifications, the Xiaomi Mi 10S 5G comes with 6.67 inches HDR 10+ AMOLED display that features a 90Hz refresh rate, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, pixel density of 386 PPI, and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Moreover, the smartphone comes with a bezel-less display along with a punch hole feature that houses the front camera. The dimensions of this device are 162mm x 74.8mm x 8.9mm and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass v5. The smartphone offers three colour options - Titanium Black, Ice Blue, and Pearl White.
Camera
Coming to the camera, the smartphone comes with a quad rear setup that comprises 108 MP f/1.7, Wide Angle Primary Camera (26 mm focal length, 1.33" sensor size, 0.8µm pixel size), 13 MP f/2.4, Wide Angle, Ultra-Wide Angle Camera, 2 MP f/2.4, Macro Camera and 2 MP f/2.4, Depth Camera. The rear camera also gets optical image stabilization, Dual-color LED flash and Autofocus. Furthermore, The back camera also has an image resolution of 12000 x 9000 pixels. Upfront, the smartphone comes with a 20 MP shooter.
Performance
Under the hood, the smartphone comes with an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor coupled with Adreno 650 that covers all the graphic requirements. There is a Li-Polymer 4780 mAh on the device that supports 33W fast charging i.e. fully charged in 56 minutes. Interestingly, the smartphone also comes with 10W reverse wireless charging and power delivery 3.0. In terms of connectivity, the handset supports NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, 5G SA/NSA, 4G LTE, GPS/ Galileo, and USB Type-C port. There are several other noteworthy features as well in the smartphone including Fingerprint (under display, optical), proximity, gyroscope, compass, accelerometer, and barometer.
