Xiaomi Poco C31

This Xiaomi POCO phone is priced in the budget-end segment, just under Rs 10,000. It comes with a waterdrop notch for the front camera, a physical fingerprint sensor on the back for security, and a square module with twin camera sensors. The Xiaomi POCO C31 is an inexpensive smartphone with a 6.53-inch display, MediaTek Helio G35 processor, 128GB storage, Android 11 OS, and a 5000mAh battery. Xiaomi Poco C31 has a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes in two variants: 3GB RAM with 32 GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage.

Camera

The back panel of the POCO C31 new model is polycarbonate with a dual-tone design. A triple-camera system is housed in a square-shaped module on the phone. A 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and LED light and a 2MP macro lens is included in the camera configuration. It sports a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. Night mode is also available in the camera's features.

Display

The Xiaomi POCO C31 features a 6.53-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 400 nit brightness, and sunshine mode, as well as a 20:9 aspect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 400 nit brightness, and sunlight mode. TUV Rheinland has also given the device its reading mode certification. The MediaTek Helio G35 SoC powers the Xiaomi POCO phone with Hyper Engine and IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU support. It comes in two storage models: 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB, both of which can be expanded with a microSD card. The phone is also splash-resistant, thanks to the P2i nano-coating.

Performance

The POCO C31 incorporates a fingerprint sensor on the back for further protection. 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, IR blaster, 3.5mm audio connector, and USB Type-C port are among the connectivity options. The POCO phone comes pre-installed with the MIUI 12.5 custom skin based on Android 11. The 3GB+32GB variant of the Xiaomi POCO C31 costs Rs 8,499, while the 4GB+64GB model costs Rs 9,499. The handset is available in two colours: Shadow Grey and Royal Blue.
