Nubia Red Magic 6

Earlier this year, Nubia unveiled the first-ever gaming smartphone in China - Nubia Red Magic 6. The device is launched after the strategic partnership with Tencent games to offer a better gaming experience. Besides that, the smartphone also comes with a massive battery and pre-installed google apps. 

Nubia Red Magic 6 was launched in November in India with the price of Rs. 42,790 for the base variant (8GB RAM + 128GB storage). The higher-end variant (12GB RAM + 128GB storage) costs Rs. 46,000 while the price of another variant (12GB RAM + 256GB storage) is Rs. 49,500. The device comes in two colour variants - Pulse and Eclipse Black.

Display

Nubia Red Magic 6 comes with a 6.8-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with support of a 20:9 aspect ratio and 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution. For a better screening experience, the smartphone comes with a 165 Hz refresh rate and 387 PPI density. Besides this, the smartphone has a 500 Hz touch sampling rate for a single finger while for multiple fingers, the touch sampling rate is 360 Hz. The dimensions of the smartphone are 169.8 mm x 77.1  mm x 9.7 mm with a weight of 220g. Lastly, the smartphone gets a built-in active cooling fan that reduces the CPU temperature by 16-degree celsius. We will read more about its CPU in the performance section!

Camera

Nubia Red Magic 6 mobile features the triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 64 MP f/1.79 main camera, an 8 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP f/2.4 macro shooter. The rear-facing camera system on this device includes an ISOCELL Plus, Autofocus, Digital Zoom, and Face Detection. Over on the front, however, the smartphone packs a 13 MP f/2.4 selfie camera. 

Performance

The All-new Realm Narzo 50i runs on Android v11 along with the RedMagic OS 4.0. It packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset coupled with the graphics of Adreno 660. As mentioned above, there’s a Li-polymer 5050 mAh battery that fuels up the smartphone. It also gets a 66W fast charging support. The device features a 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G, Bluetooth v5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11, A-GPS NFC, and 3.5 mm audio jack as connectivity options. There’s an on-screen fingerprint sensor on the smartphone. Other sensors included in the smartphone are a Light sensor, Gyroscope, Proximity sensor, and Accelerometer.
