The Vivo iQOO Neo 3s new model is currently expected to come in a single version: 8GB/128GB. The Vivo iQOO Neo 3s comes with a 4500mAh battery with support for fast charging. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset powers this device, and it runs on Android 11.

In terms of cameras, the iQOO Neo 3s mobile is said to have a dual-camera arrangement at the back comprising a 64 MP camera and a 2 MP secondary camera.
