WWE on Netflix: Roman Reigns' Summerslam Opponent Potentially Revealed

After the unfortunate injury of Seth Rollins at Saturday Night's Main Event last week, it seemed Roman Reigns would not return before SummerSlam since it was heavily rumoured that these two former best friends would go one on one at the Biggest Party of the Summer.

But unfortunately, Seth Rollins picked up an unfortunate injury, and it looks like he will be out of action for a long time. There are even rumours that he may not be able to return before WrestleMania 42. This is terrible news, as Rollins was scheduled to be the biggest project of this season for WWE. Now they would be forced to write everything from the beginning.

Who would Roman Reigns face at SummerSlam

But there is some good news for the fans that the OTC has finally made his return on RAW last Monday. He attacked Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed who were the two partners of Seth Rollins. But it is still not revealed who is going to be his opponent at SummerSlam.

As of now, there is no news, nor any rumours on who is going to challenge the Original Tribal Chief at SummerSlam. But there are some indications which may potentially spoil the SummerSlam match of Roman Reigns. As of now, there are multiple possibilities.

Roman Reigns returned to WWE on RAW last Monday

The match that looks most likely at this moment is a tag team match where Reigns may team up with his former Bloodline teammate Jey Uso to take on the team of Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker. It may not be as big as a Reigns vs Rollins, but this can definitely be a high voltage match.

There is also a slight possibility that he may get added to the World Heavyweight Championship match where CM Punk is already scheduled to challenge Gunther for the title at SummerSlam. If Reigns gets into the match and makes it a triple threat, it will get even more exciting. But the possibility of the tag team match is more than anything at this moment.
