This may sound shocking, but recent indications are pointing towards a potential departure of CM Punk from WWE once again. "The Best in the World" is definitely one of the biggest attractions of WWE right now, and if he actually leaves WWE, it will be a big blow for the company and also for Netflix.
Previously, Punk left WWE in January 2014. He was unhappy as he felt that every year WWE was taking away the main event of WrestleMania from him and giving it to someone who did not deserve it, especially the part timers. For 3 back to back years, free part timings main evented WrestleMania, which Punk could not digest and finally decided to leave.

At Survivor Series 2023, he shocked everyone when he finally returned to WWE. At one point, it never looked like he would ever return to the promotion again. But the unthinkable finally happened, and Punk returned to the promotion where he rightfully belonged.

He also featured on the main event of WrestleMania 41 night 1, which had been his dream for a long time. It was a huge triple threat match with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins also being in it. After the event, he restarted his feud with Seth Rollins, who won the triple threat match at WrestleMania 41.

But recent rumours are not looking very good for either side. Rumours have it that CM Punk may depart from WWE once again. This may sound a little weird as he is one of the centre of the attractions in WWE, and it would be a huge blow for Netflix too if one of the biggest MVPs decides to leave.

The humour started when CM Punk was removed from the promotional video of the upcoming Night of Champions event, which is scheduled at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Despite the rumours of a potential departure, the actual reason behind this removal is Punk's recent controversial remarks on Saudi Arabia. There is a very fat chance of Punk actually leaving WWE at this stag,e but he may be left out of Night of Champions.
