Alice in Borderland is one of the flagship series of Netflix, and its season 3 is on its way. It was already announced that the much awaited 3rd season of this series will be released in September 2025. It is also rumored that season 3 will air on September 25; however, there is no official confirmation yet.
Based on a Japanese Manga, Alice in Borderland tells a psychological thriller story where a bunch of people suddenly get transported to a completely different world where they have to play a certain number of games in order to survive. If they lose, they will die.
What to expect from Alice in Borderland season 3
But if they win the game, they will get a day visa for a number of days. After their visa expires, they have to play another game. After every game, they are awarded a 3 day visa; once they lose the game, they die. Nobody knows where the end of this series of madness is, or how to get out of it.

At the end of season 2, Arisu and his friends finally collected all the cards, and they were given the choice of taking a permanent membership in that strange world or returning to their original world.
Those who decided to return were sent back to the time when they were taken to that strange world. They were all reported as a natural calamity survivors but they all forgot whatever happened to that different world where they were fighting for their lives. Now, they do not even remember each other.

In the last scene of the last episode of season 2, the Joker card was shown, meaning this will extend to a new season where they have to fight for the Joker card. But since they are sent back to the original world, will they return to the land of death again? Or do they have to fight in their original world?

In season 3, we can expect more deaths of major characters. Apart from Arisu and Usagi, the fans of the series are emotionally attached to other characters of the series, like Chishiya and Kuina. One thing we can definitely expect is death for some of these major characters. We seriously hope they extend the series beyond season 3, and the thrill and fun of the series continue. As of now, all we can do is wait for the arrival of Season 3 of Alice in Borderland.
