The contents on Netflix are getting richer day by day, and with the addition of Khakee the Bengal chapter finally gave a fresh feelings for Bengali as it was a story of Bengal by the Bengalis, for the Bengalis. Most of the actors that were casted in this series was renowned Bengali actors.
It portrayed the picture of the naked connection between the underworld and politics and how the underworld is safely managed under the shelter of the ruling parties of West Bengal. How the best of friends turn into bitter enemies and ultimately, they lose their everything.

All the actors of Khakee The Bengal Chapter did a tremendous job to portray the dirty politics and the picture of the underworld of Bengal. Prosenjit Chatterjee, the veteran Bengali actor played an exceptional role of an evil corrupt politician. Jeet also did an excellent job as the lead actor of this series.

Shubhasish Mukherjee, who is mostly known for his comedy roles in Bengali movies and TV series played the role of the CM perfectly and it was definitely a praiseworthy performance. Ritwik Bhowmik and Aadil Zafar Khan, the "Jai Veeru" of this series was also quite entertaining.

However, Aadil Zafar Khan who played a major role in the series looked to be inspired buy the character of Guddu bhaiya portrayed by Ali Fazal in Mirzapur. Ranjit Thakur, the character Aadil Zafar Khan played did not seen much original due to its resemblance with Guddu bhaiya.

The story of Khakee The Bengal on Netflix on the other hand was good. It offered some unexpected twists, but it never felt like a breath of fresh air as such stories are not very uncommon in the Indian film silver screen. But it will definitely feel good to watch this show on Netflix and it will be difficult to leave it in the middle if you start it once.
