One of the most famous video game series, Turok, has finally reported to return after such a long time. Originally started back in 1997, it is arguably the most famous dinosaur shooter video game in existence. Some fans even love to believe that the actual experience they wanted in the Jurassic Park games could only be found in the Turok series.
As mentioned above, the first video game of the Turok series, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, was released back in 1997 for Nintendo 64 and later for Windows. With the immense success of the first game, publisher Acclaim Entertainment returned with its second installment, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil.
When will Turok Origins release?
A spin off for the second part was released in 1999 exclusively for Nintendo 64 named Turok: Rage Wars. The series continued with Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion, which was also another exclusive for Nintendo 64 upon release. This game was released in the year 2000.

In 2002, Acclaim Entertainment released the final part under their banner, which was Turok Evolution, and this version was released for PlayStation 2, Xbox, Game Boy Advance, GameCube, and Windows. This game was scheduled to have a stick well, but internal issues a Acclaim Entertainment cost an unwanted cancellation.
Turok Origins will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and on PC
Six years later, Disney Interactive Studios decided to bring back the much awaited franchise, and they released a title simply called Turok, which was available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. The game received mixed reactions overall, but it was and welcoming edition. Unfortunately, the series did not continue despite its success.

Finally, the game is going to get its third reboot by the name Turok Origins, and this time it will be published by Saber Interactive. The release date for this upcoming video game has not been confirmed officially but there are rumours that it may come out by the end of 2025. But there are reports that Turok Origins will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
