The handset by TCL has been launched, and the US network is offering this newest budget phone. It features impressive specs in a pocket-friendly budget. Even the specifications in this budget you can’t find in expensive phones. This is 10 times cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. It can’t compete with Apple or Samsung, but in this extremely low budget, it’s a big deal for everyone.
Top-notch display of TCL 60R
The screen size of this handset is 6.7 inches, with 720 x 1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display is an IPS LCD display with 262 ppi pixel density, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and 480 nits peak brightness, and it is bezel-less.
Design And Build Up
The dimension of the product is 165.62 x 76.2 mm, and it weighs 190g with an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance. It is available in two colours, Space Gray and Pure White, with a fingerprint scanner and face unlock facility.
Processor And Performance
TCL 60R is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset with 2.4GHz dual-core Cortex A76 2GHz and Hexa-core Cortex A55. The fabrication of the chipset is 4nm. It featured 4GB of RAM and ran on Android v15.
Battery Configuration And Connectivity
Out of the box, the TCL 60R packs a 5,200mAh battery with support for wired charging. And for connectivity, it has options of a dual SIM card slot and supports 2G, 3 G, 4G, and 5G networks and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB Type-C.
For Optics
For photographer enthusiasts, this smartphone sports a dual camera setup with a 50MP wide-angle sensor and f/1.8 aperture. The secondary camera has 0.08MP resolution with a 1920 x 1080 resolution video recording option at 30fps. For the front camera, it featured an 8MP wide-angle camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
Currently, it has not launched in India. But hopefully it will be available in India very soon, and the price for India is expected to be Rs 10,999/-
