Sonic the Hedgehog, the long running mascot of Sega franchise, is coming back with a new video game. The game had been announced three months ago, and it is going to get released on multiple major platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and even on Windows.
This is going to be a new installment in the Racing series of the mentioned title, and it has been named Crossworlds. The trailer for this game was released about three months ago, and it looks quite impressive. It also showed gameplay footage as it is going to be a classic Kart racing.

Sonic Team pairs with Red Bull
The release date of the upcoming video game has not been released yet, but it has been confirmed that this video game is definitely coming in 2025. It is also releasing in previous life PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This definitely has the potential to be the best racing game in the series.
The series started back in 1991
To promote this upcoming video game in the series, Sega teamed up with Red Bull to promote it and released the launch trailer of 'Racing Around The World' on YouTube. Sega also talked about this upcoming project recently, where they promoted the new installment in the Racing series by saying the following;

The legendary series started back in 1991 and this blue Hedgehog was presented as the mascot of Sega. Only earlier parts had been exclusive for Sega Genesis, having been the first major 16 bit console. From its very first launch, it has created a sensation. Even after the death of Sega as a video game console, it is still going really strong.
