WrestleMania 41 had a stacked wrestling card, much like every year’s WrestleMania, and almost all the top stars of WWE were in action. Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and CM Punk featured in the main event of night 1, and John Cena dethroned Cody Rhodes by winning his 17th WWE World title.
Other top stars of the promotion, like Gunther, LA Knight, Finn Balor, Bron Breakker, Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, and others, were also in action. Despite mixed reactions, the event was a massive success financially, and fans also loved it, especially John Cena breaking the record of Ric Flair was a huge deal.
Sheamus is disappointed about missing out on WrestleMania 41
But there are a number of top wrestlers who were left out of WrestleMania 41, one of them had been the former four times World Champion Sheamus, who expressed his disappointment for not getting a place in this year’s Mania card. Speaking with Alex McCarthy of the Daily Mail. The Celtic Warrior explained the following;
Sheamus is a former four times WWE World Champion
“I was gutted that I wasn’t at Mania,” Sheamus said. “The last appearance that I had was at the Rumble. I want to be in the mix. I want to be there. I’m more passionate now about my job than I ever have been. Some of the guys are like, ‘You’ve been at so many WrestleManias, so it’s okay.’ But it’s not okay, I love what I do.

“I love going out there in front of a crowd, I love putting on banger after banger. I love that intensity, I love setting the bar so high that everybody, including the main event guys who have months and months to prepare, are trying to catch up with me. Until the wheels come off and I can’t do it anymore, I want to go out there. I don’t want to miss anything, and I don’t want to miss a WrestleMania. It was tough. I’m not going to lie, it was really, really hard.”

Sheamus has featured in various WrestleMania events before. One of his early successes in WrestleMania was back in WrestleMania where he defeated Daniel Bryan in only 12 seconds to win the World Heavyweight title. He has also achieved other big successes in various WrestleMania events.
