All my doubts and misgivings concerning the Samsung Fold 7 are put to rest. The earlier devices were limited for good performance and had a very high price and durability issues; this one has sailed over those hurdles and has rightfully earned the badge of “game-changing” device. On the design side, the Samsung Fold 7 feels much more premium and usable. It's gone thin and light now and is easy to hold in one hand or slip into a pocket. Most importantly, due to its “Flex Hinge” technology, this guy can fold and open very elegantly.
Stylish it may be now, but what makes it all more serious for daily use is the usage of Gorilla Glass Victus 3 and IPX8 water resistance.
Productiveness & Multitasking Capability
My daily productivity, in fact, has almost doubled with the Fold 7. Multitasking on a big-screen operating device is like running all your apps on a split-screen for some serious work or content creation on a pocket tablet!
The new One UI optimization makes multitasking and switching apps even more seamless. It's also very handy for jotting down notes or sketching with S-Pen support.
Camera Performance & Media Viewing Experience
Folding a phone is an art, and the Fold 7 gives an advanced triple camera setup to capture images at a professional level. While holding it folded is a tripod in itself, and a wish come true for the content creators.
A giant AMOLED screen inside, whose viewing experience is a delight for Netflix, YouTube, or gaming, is everything.
Samsung Fold 7 is a giant step for me, a somewhat reluctant person, to embrace foldable phones. It is not just an eye-popping technology, but practically everything an innovation can be put to use for in daily life.
