Last Monday at the Netflix RAW Premiere, Roman Reigns and his cousin Solo Sikoa had a Tribal Combat match where the Ula Fala garland was on the line. The Ula Fala was the trademark of The Tribal Chief and only The Tribal Chief can have it around his neck. It is a sign of Samoan tradition.
Solo Sikoa and Reigns had been demanding to be the original Tribal Chief ever since WrestleMania 40 ended. Reigns made his return at SummerSlam 2024 to attack Solo and to demand himself as the Original Tribal Chief. They are feud had been continuing ever since and its latest chapter was folded on the Netflix RAW premiere.

The battle was for the Ula Fala which would establish one of them as the Original Tribal Chief. Reigns came out as the more superior force of the two and after his victory, The Rock came out to put the Ula Fala around Roman's neck. Speaking on the "Raw" on Netflix Premiere Post-Show, Reigns explained the importance of receiving the Ula Fala from The Final Boss;

It is reported that the storyline between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will continue even after this match and the fans can expect to see the continuation of it's next chapter on the upcoming episode of Smackdown. But it is highly unlikely that this storyline would continue until WrestleMania XL since Reigns is heavily rumored to have another match at The Grandest Stage of Them All.
