Bayley and the current WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria was set to challenge Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 41. But The Role Model was the attacked by an unknown person backstage and she was forced out of WrestleMania.
The returning Becky Lynch replaced at WrestleMania 41 and she teamed up with Lyra Valkyria to win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. But on the very next night on RAW, they dropped to the Championships back to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, and their title reign ended in only one day time.

After the match, Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch eased each other but surprisingly Becky Lynch attacked Lyra, cementing her heel turn only one day after her return. The reason behind this heel turned was not cleared by last week, but Lynch answered a lot of questions this week on RAW.

On the segment between the duo, Lynch confirmed that it was she who attacked Bayley before WrestleMania 41 and took her out of action. Before this revelation, it looked like Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez would have been the culprits. But it was Becky Lynch all along.

The Man also issued a challenge to Lyra Valkyria for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship at the upcoming WWE PLE event, which is Backlash. This is going to be an iconic match by a lot of means. Becky Lynch can become the first ever wrestler in WWE to hold both the world title and mid card title.

This is also the first time that the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship is being defended in a PLE. Both wrestlers are Irish, which is also quite rare. The Role Model is also heavily rumored to return at the event to take her revenge against Becky Lynch.
