Oppo in this month of May unveiled it's latest Reno 14 Series in China. After which the brand is now gearing up for unveiling the Reno 14 Series in the global market as soon as possible. This company declares that the smartphones of this range will come with the Google Gemini.
Specifications about the Oppo Reno 14 Series
The Chinese variants of the Reno 14 Range handsets run on the Android 15 ColorOS 15. They come with 1,500 flat OLED Display screens and are all dust and water resistant with the IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. The Oppo Reno 14 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Chipset whereas the Reno 14 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8450 Chipset respectively.
Functioning of the Reno 14 Series
The Reno 14 Series is confirmed to launch with the Integrated Google Gemini in the international market. This AI feature will be integrated in the company's apps like the Oppo Notes+Calendar+Clock as per the company's announcement. For the processor it will run on the same one as those of the Chinese variants.
With the Gemini AI the users can effectively use the Gemini chat for deriving information and finish their tasks by just prompting once. Just hold the side button to activate the chat process. The company confirms in a press release about Gemini in near future will be allowing users to access several apps and finish off difficult tasks more efficiently.
Users can command Gemini to read documents and summarise those to save them in Notes. Even YouTube videos can be saved in Notes.
The Chinese Variant of Reno 14 Series
The Reno 14 5G in China comes with a display size of 6.59 inches whereas the Reno 14 Pro 5G comes with 6.83 inches display size. Both have flat 1,500 OLED Display. Both the smartphones has RAM of 16GB LPDDR5X and 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage capacity.
The Reno 14 5G Series flaunts a good 50MP OIS tripple rear camera. Both it's periscope lens and selfie shooters are of 50MP. Both the smartphone types are compatible with 80W fast wired charging capacity alongside a battery of 6,000mAh for Reno 14 5G and 6,200mAh battery for the Reno 14 Pro 5G respectively.
They also come with fingerprint sensor that's in the display of the phones. And the most vital part; the price tag! THE OPPO Reno 14 5G is expected to start from Rs. 32,990 in the Indian market though not officially confirmed.
