Nikki Bella Reveals How She Prepared For Her Royal Rumble Appearances

WWE Royal Rumble 2025 was filled with surprises. The men’s Royal Rumble match of 2025 may be remembered as the most shocking Rumble match ever, and that was because of the surprising victory of Jey Uso. There were also surprise appearances from the likes of Joe Hendry and internet celebrity IShowSpeed.

The women’s Royal Rumble match might not be able to produce a surprising winner like the men’s version, but it was filled with multiple surprise entrances. One of the most surprising entrant of the match was the former five times WWE Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss who is expected to return to full time action soon.

Nikki Bella Reveals How She Prepared For Her Royal Rumble Appearances

Another surprise entrant that rattled the fans was Nikki Bella who entered the Rumble match as the final entry. She had a very strong run as she eliminated last year’s Rumble winner Bayley and also survived until the final 4. Recently, she spoke on her "Nikki and Brie Show" about her Rumble entrance and explained how she prepared for it;

"What's crazy is sometimes these Rumbles, they go so fast. You only have a moment to get back into character and a lot of us that come back or are returning, it's like sometimes you haven't been who you are in the WWE ring for years and years," Bella confessed. "There's a lot of rumors on the internet, is this a one-off or is she here to stay? Well, just keep tuning in."

Nikki Bella made a surprise appearance at Royal Rumble 2025

"I would train for like two or three nights at the PC, I would do that for two weeks straight. Then, I would go to Tampa to train with Nattie in her Hart Dungeon 2.0 twice with just these incredible people from the indies," Bella revealed. "I couldn't believe how much my body remembered, how much I was loving it, how I didn't need to take Tylenol everyday ... and it was really just making me excited for this return."

Instantly the fans broke into theories that the WWE Hall of Famer maybe returning to full time action following this strong Rumble booking. But her disappointed after getting to know that it was just a one match appearance. Some fans were critical too about this strong booking of Bella at the Rumble when she is only appearing for one night. Nikki Bella did a great job at the Rumble and hopefully, she returns to action on a full time basis soon.
