The rumors about Samsung's 3nm chipset have already been shared, and it will debut the Galaxy Z Flip 7 in July 2025. But there is a new rumor about the performance of Samsung’s processor named Exynos 2500.

Exynos 2500 Performance That Already Revealed
In the database of Geekbench, the Galaxy Z Flip 7, the U.S variant was spotted. In the digital chat station, some of the specs about the Galaxy Z Flip 7 were revealed. In Geekbench’s single-core CPU test, this chipset scored 2,012 points, and in the multi-core CPU test, it scored 7,563 points. So the point is not good enough and lower than the chips from Xiaomi’s first in-house chipsets, MediaTek, Qualcomm, and Apple.
But the performance as per the points is slightly higher than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset that was used last year in Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. Maybe it will perform better when it is used in Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Specifications
The Exynos 2500 has a 110-core CPU that ports one Cortex-X925 CPU core tuned at 3.3GHz, two Cortex-A725 CPU cores running at 22.75GHz, five Cortex-A725 CPU cores running at 2.36GHz, and two Cortex-A520 CPU cores running at 1.8GHz. It uses Samsung’s Xclipse 950 GPU. Its architecture is based on AMD’s RDNA 3.5. The prime CP, U Corte-X 9,2,5, is running at lower speeds.

Galaxy Z Flip 7 will Use This chipset globally
The variant of the Galaxy z Flip 7 that will be sold in the USA is bound to use an Exynos chipset. But as the leaks claimed that Samsung will use this particular chipset globally. Already the reports announced that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 that will be sold in India and South Korea will use the same chipset. Let’s wait and keep an eye over the final unveiling ceremony.
