The tablet is probably the most portable of modern gadgets, but it truly is an asset in our lives, be it for study or office work, or even just for leisure. Unfortunately, some habits tend to make a person decide to end the life of this gadget. Today, we will mention three factors affecting battery health and what should be done otherwise.

Sleeping With a Tablet Plugged-In for Charge
Most people think that leaving the tablets connected to the charger all through the night is one way of having a fully charged battery in the morning. But unfortunately, charging a tablet all night up bad for the battery. A lithium-ion battery has a certain maximum number of charge cycles it can withstand. Storing the battery at 100% too long damages it irreversibly.
Solution: Instead of keeping a device plugged in all night, try charging the device a bit before going to bed, leaving it to charge up to 80-90%, and then switching it off. Many tablets have a special option called Battery Protection.
Recharging the battery time and again without ever letting it fully discharge
By failing to discharge the battery, you are shortening the lifespan of the actual powering cycle of the battery each time you do this, especially when it's above 50-60%, so you shorten the lifetime of the charging cycle that the battery has. Hence, it weakens battery capacity over the years.
Solution: Make it a habit to recharge only when the battery is down to around 20-30% then unplug when it reaches 80-85% to prolong its life.

Using Substandard Cheats or Local Chargers
Most people have a belief that cheap local chargers are the better option rather than bank chargers, but sorry to say, they do not maintain a conducive current or voltage, which negatively affects a battery and motherboard.
Solution: a forever Original Brand charger (Authentic/Certified) may be a bit heavy in the pocket, but it is safer for your device.
Many unaware people have been damaging the tablets due to improper charging habits for a long time. Discontinue these three mistakes.
