Taiwanese technology giant Asus, known mostly for its Zenfone line-up of smartphones and PC line-up, is making a foray into newer segments, of late. It has launched a portable projector with some impressive specs. The new ZenBeam L2 is a smart LED projector and it was announced earlier during the CES 2023. The device offers support for FHD 1080p resolution and it is compatible with 4K HDR. On top of that, the ZenBeam L2 comes preloaded with Android TV 12 box. Rounding up the feature list are 960 LED lumens brightness and Harman Kardon speakers with 10W output.

With the ZenBeam L2, Asus targets users seeking a handy and feature-rich projector that scores on portability. The device looks cute with an inbuilt leather carrying handle. There is a 65Wh battery that will last for 3.5 hours after a full charge, according to the company. The projector’s short-throw lens is capable of projecting images from 40-120 inches. The set-up method is pretty simple.

The ZenBeam L2 comes with Light Wall and voice command support, enabling a hands-free, immersive usage experience. There is support for Chromecast too. As for connectivity, you get pretty much everything, almost. There are ports for USB Type-C and A, HDMI, and headphone jack. Asus also focuses on the eco-friendly aspect and ships the device in FSC Mix-certified packaging. The ZenBeam L2 will be available on Amazon for an MRP of $722.77 and the launch date will be in early October.
