After a lot of industry speculations and online leaks, Apple is all set to unwrap its new product line-up today in Cupertino, California. Of course, the highlight of the upcoming Wonderlust event will be the iPhone 15 line-up but eyes will also be on the new Apple Watch. Alongside the devices, Apple will also roll out WatchOS 10 and iOS 17. The event will be broadcast live on the company’s YouTube site and the Apple.com website. The Indian time of the broadcast is 10:30 p.m.
In the last few months, several leaks on the upcoming Apple devices made headlines and most of these are expected to be true. The upcoming Apple Watch Ultra will now come in a darker titanium outer layer though the dimensions will be the same. Another big update is going to be the USB-C port introduction in the iPhone 15 line-up, a first for Apple. Industry rumors hint at the top-end Pro and Pro Max variants of iPhones getting better (USB 3.2) data transfer speeds.
The Wonderlust event will not include the new Mac lineup, say the analysts. The speculations also hint at all iPhone 15 models getting some features kept exclusive for the top-end iPhone 14 model earlier. Wireless charging speed will likely be bumped up across all models. The Dynamic Island will also make it to the entry-level models in the new line-up.
