5G plans and speed of Jio, Airtel networks
Jio and Airtel offer 5G networks in selected areas in India but they have not unveiled 5G plans yet. Now, they are offering 5G to users on their existing 4G pack plans. Jio users can use the MyJio app to enable 5G. Airtel users can start accessing the service normally.
As for the 5G network speed, Jio claims up to 1Gbps+ download speed and Airtel says users will get 20 to 30 times of 4G network speed.
