Tomb Raider is one of the longest running video game series that is active for nearly 3 long decades. The first ever two Raider game was released back in 1996 by Eidos Interactive for multiple platforms, including PlayStation and MS Dos.
There had been constant queries about whether there would be a new Tomb Raider game. The first six Tomb Raider games have been remastered recently, and they were released in one year's time for all the major consoles of today, along with the PC. The remastered versions of the last three parts were released last February.
The next Tomb Raider could be set in India
The last major release in the series was Shadow of the Tomb Raider which was released in 2018, and it was a part of a trilogy based on the mentioned video game. It was critically acclaimed and one of the best trilogies of this video game series.

But will there be a completely new game in the series anytime soon? Reports suggest that the makers of the video game you presently working on a project and it will be based on India. It will be an excellent news for the Indian gaming community, and seeing Lara Croft in India will be a treat.
