Samsung has started working on its next edition smartphone, The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE. As per a report, the company has begun its firmware development. The earlier development was for the U.S, for the model number SM-S731U with the earlier version numbered S731USQUOAYDH.
The start of software development identified the under-construction software design for the phone that will be built. As per the report, the Galaxy S25 FE will launch on Android 16 and Samsung’s
One UI 8.0 interface. According to Samsung’s current software policy, The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE could be upgraded to up to seven Android system updates after its launch.
A small introduction of Samsung Galaxy S25 FE And The Entire Fan Edition Series
Samsung’s FE series started its journey with its successful handset Galaxy S20 FE. The phone’s target was to offer features similar to the Galaxy S Series but at an affordable price range. After this hands-on, the company released S21 FE. S22 FE, S23 FE, and S24 FE. Only the 2022 model was skipped. FE phones compete with Google’s Pixel series and other brands and try to keep the same features in an affordable price range.
Is There Any Rumor About The Specifications?
This is the rumor only, the company has not announced anything officially. As per rumor, Galaxy S25 FE will be powered by Exynos 2400e. Earlier rumors claimed that the handset will l powered by the Mediatek Dimensity Chip, but the new information claims it will be an Exynos chip.
Expected Features And Specifications
The memory will be 8GB RAM or 12GB RAM with internal storage of 256 GB. It will be featured with a 12 megapixel front camera for selfies and shooting videos, and the rear camera will be the same as the previous one, that is, a 50MP main camera with a 12MP ultrawide sensor and an 8MP telephoto sensor.
As per leaks, Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will be packed with the same capacity of battery as its predecessor, with 25W or 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging facility. The super slim handset will feature a massive battery of 4700mAh. The fingerprint scanner will be lied in the display. With the rating of IP67 for dust and water resistance.
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is progressing it’s firmware development and expected to be launched end of this year or early in the coming year. The high chances that it will powered by Exynos as compared to the older version to manage it’s price.
