Google will make Gemini the part of Apple Intelligence and would join ChatGPT as the other AI program Siri would have as a built-in feature.
No matter if you are an Anti-AI from the very beginning, there is no way you can ignore or run away from it. With the on-set of AI in the tech world most of the companies bagged that in wasting no time with the hope to become the next talked about big giant in the market.
What was Apple's take back then?
Apple, however did not rush itself into the trend of AI and waited for the right time. In the World Developers Conference of 2024, the brand finally announced about it's AI features. It included Clean-Up tool for image cleaning, Image Playground, writing tools and revamped version of Siri.
Will this Game-changer Surprise by Google be an App?
The latest announcement by the brand says the digital assistant will get a new look and will integrate with OpenAI i.e. ChatGPT. The trch maestro is surely not stopping with just partnering with OpenAI, it takes an opposite approach by bringing in Gemini support on it's iPhones.
What's the Choice for the iPhone Users?
Google is currently going through anti-trust case for using anti-competitive tactics to lead the online search platform. It is accused of maintaining contracts with brands like Apple, Samsung etc to set it's own search engine as their default system. To put it differently, things are not going well for the brand and it might need to split it's business to break the monopoly it follows.
Nevertheless, the brand will still fulfill it's agreement with Apple to inculcate Gemini AI into the iPhones before this year ends.
Any More Update by the Company?
It must be remembered that the CEO of the company Sundar Pichai has spoken to Apple about having Gemini AI in iPhones but there is no official agreement as of now. Although both the brands are competitors, this is not at all a surprise as Craig Federighi has said earlier that their brand wants consumers to chhose which AI model they prefer particularly pointing out Google Gemini.
In the long run, the company also has plans in store to include ads in their Gemini.
