There is not enough excitement for WrestleMania 41 despite a number of big matches already rumored for the show and the World Heavyweight Championship match also set. Despite the fact top wrestlers like Roman Reigns, CM Punk, John Cena, Seth, Rollins, Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre, and Cody Rhodes are all reported for the show, it is not sparking much excitement among the fans.
Maybe a big gimmick match can save the show and spark some excitement among the fans. Any of the big matches where multiple top stars are involved getting booked as a gimmick match can definitely spread some excitement. There are big rumours of a potential Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins match, locking them inside Hell in a Cell would be an excellent idea.

Wrestling Legend Tommy Dreamer is also looking for a potential Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania 41. He even named a number of matches that can be a good fit for such an amazing gimmick match. Speaking on "Busted Open After Dark" recently, he discussed the need for this gimmick match. Here is what he had to say;
World Heavyweight Championship match between Gunther and Jey Uso is already set for WrestleMania 41
"I believe, and please correct me if I'm wrong, that when you win the Royal Rumble, you main event WrestleMania. It adds prestige to the title, I can totally see, visualize in my head and seeing it, thousands of people doing the 'yeet' (gesture), confetti dropping, everybody happy, it's a beautiful moment... CM Punk says, 'Hey, with Jey passively calling his shot now, Cody [Rhodes] I'm coming for you,"

"Do they dare make this a Hell in a Cell (match) to main event WrestleMania. I want this match to be a gimmick match because I've already seen it. I don't need a stipulation because it's 'hey, I win the world title,'" Dreamer discussed Gunther vs Jey Uso, "You have to stack the odds against Jey so, so much to get the people to- again, 'We love him, we want to see him win, we want this match to be unpredictable.' Do you put Gunther in a Hell in a Cell?"
The World Heavyweight Championship match between Gunther and Jey Uso can also be booked inside Hell in a Cell since this feud has been going on for a long time and these two wrestlers have already faced each other multiple times before. So just another normal singles match will definitely not be enough to keep the fans excited. A gimmick concept can definitely save this match.
